And Start Let It Pause.
For years, I lived with symptoms I couldn’t explain.Fatigue that lingered. Mood swings that felt unlike me.Brain fog that made me question my mind.I was told, “You’re just tired.” “It’s stress.” “You’re too young for menopause.”
But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. So I stopped waiting for someone to connect the dots —And I started connecting them myself.

Let It Pause Was Born From Frustration, and Fueled by Curiosity
I created Let It Pause because I wanted answers — not just for me, but for every woman who’s been dismissed, gaslighted, or left in the dark when her body started to shift.I started researching.Reading.Asking questions.Visiting hospitals.Talking to doctors.
Still, the pieces didn’t fully come together — until I decided to take one more step forward. I chose to travel in search of better care and deeper understanding.
The Turning Point: My Journey to BHRT
After extensive blood work and consultations, I finally decided to pursue bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) — a decision that came after months of reflection, reading, and reassurance.
I connected with Dr. Feruza Gafarova, a specialist in hormone health at Novomed Clinic in Dubai Marina.Even before I arrived, I was impressed. She carefully reviewed my full lab panel from Kuwait, asked the right questions, and listened — really listened. She coordinated with FusionX Pharmacy in Dubai to begin preparing my personalized BHRT cream, crafted specifically for me based on my lab results. It takes two days to be made — and she made sure we didn’t waste a moment.
A Doctor Who Looks for Root Causes, Not Quick Fixes
What stood out to me about Dr. Feruza was her attention to detail. She didn’t just glance at the numbers — she looked beneath them. She prescribed additional supplements to support my liver, balance my nutrients, and support my overall health — based on what my body needed, not what works for everyone.
When I arrived at Novomed, I was welcomed by a team that felt kind, calm, and deeply professional. The clinic was spotless, the energy was warm, and the experience… surprisingly emotional.
I left that day not only with a treatment plan —But with a renewed sense of hope and purpose.
The Beginning of the Let It Pause Community
Dr. Feruza didn’t just support my healing. She supported my mission. When I shared the Let It Pause initiative with her, she encouraged me deeply — and graciously agreed to be part of our first recorded interview, where she’ll answer real questions from real women. I can’t wait to share it with you soon.
Now that I’ve started my BHRT journey back home in Kuwait, I’ll be documenting everything — openly, honestly, and with heart.
Because we all deserve to be informed. We all deserve to feel heard. And menopause shouldn’t feel like the end of anything — it should feel like a beginning.
Let’s walk through this together.Let it pause — but don’t let it silence you.
